hey its me i need help, there is boy i really really like and i dont know what to do should i tell him or not or wait till he askes me out???

Well fiest things first, just try talking to him. You can just start a convo and talk about things that don't sound like your realy stupid and is wasting a convo. I did that once.

hmmm...well do you think tha the likes you? cuz if he likes you and isnt saying anything then you should definatly tell him!!!
